A fast-growing marketing technology business is hiring an engineering manager – do you want to manage a talented team of software engineers? 

This company is a customer data platform built for marketing. Founded in 2014 they have gone from strength to strength, having raised $63.8 million and growing to over 90 employees. They are now scaling in all directions and there’s an exciting opportunity to join the engineering hub as the engineering manager.

You’ll be leading a multi-functional team of mid-level to staff engineers and helping them grow the platform. As well as managing the existing team, there’s an opportunity to grow the business and help to hire new talent. You will develop critical software components, scale architecture and lead design decisions. 

Please apply if you have 3+ years of management experience and a background in software engineering. You should be familiar with programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala, C#, Ruby, etc.
